If You wish to terminate Your Account or discontinue using the Service, You may contact IJN Eastside Heating & Cooling or stop using the Service.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the total liability of IJN Eastside Heating & Cooling and its suppliers under these Terms, and Your exclusive remedy for claims arising from the Website, will be limited to the amount You paid through the Service for the transaction giving rise to the claim, or one hundred United States dollars if You did not purchase anything through the Service.
